“For great services in strengthening the institution of the family and raising children, award the title “Mother Heroine” to Kadyrova Medni Musayevna, Chechen Republic”, - the text of the presidential decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information reads.
A similar title was awarded to Olga Dekhtyarenko from the YNAO.
The title of "Mother Heroine" is awarded to mothers who have given birth and are raising ten children or more. Russian women who have been awarded this honorary title are paid a one-time incentive in the amount of 1 million rubles.
On June 1, the President of Russia took the initiative to restore the title of “Mother Heroine” that existed during the Soviet era, and a decree establishing the title was issued in mid-August. Medni Kadyrova and Olga Dekhtyarenko became the first mothers to whom Putin awarded the restored title.
