The photo shows two residents of the city who were tied to poles with their hands behind their backs, presumably for cooperation with the Russian authorities. The picture was taken against the backdrop of the banner "To the future - together with Russia".

The agency notes that now there is no electricity, water and mobile communications in the city. There are difficulties with the supply of food and medicines.

It's worth reminding that on November 9 , the Ministry of Defense announced the withdrawal of troops from Kherson to the left bank of the Dnieper. The department reported about the transfer of about 30 thousand military personnel. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu noted that the lives of servicemen were a priority when making this difficult decision. Now the military took up defensive positions along the left bank.

In October, the evacuation of civilians was announced in the region due to increased shelling. In early November, the evacuation zone was expanded by another 15 kilometers due to threats of flooding in the region if the Ukrainian military strikes at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. About 115 thousand people left the right bank. They were promised to issue housing certificates for the purchase of housing in any region of Russia.
