The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrsky, said that more than three dozen infrastructure facilities of the republic were damaged due to missile strikes the day before. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that about 10 million people were left without electricity.

Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko said that the attack of the Russian Armed Forces on the country's energy system was the most massive since the start of the special operation.
