The Ministry of Education intends to introduce a single school uniform

The bill was submitted to the lower house of parliament by all factions, the ministry supported it.

Currently, the regions themselves approve the rules for wearing school uniforms. The amendments, providing for the transfer of schools from the municipal to the regional level, were submitted to the State Duma by a group of 341 deputies headed by speaker Vyacheslav Volodin and leaders of all factions. The transfer will help to centralize the management of education and increase its efficiency.

Kravtsov noted that the Russian language, as the state language of the country, needs additional provision of this status.

Earlier it became known that from the next academic year there will be no classes in three shifts in Russian schools.
