This list will include the founders, leaders, participants, employees of banned organizations and any other persons “whose involvement in the activities of an extremist or terrorist organization has been established by a court decision that has entered into legal force,” Kommersant reports .
The register will contain the data of the passport, the person involved, as well as his place of residence, TIN, SNILS, the name of the banned organization and the details of the order of the Ministry of Justice to be included in the list. The list itself will not be publicly available, its maintenance “should be carried out in places inaccessible to unauthorized persons, and under conditions that ensure the prevention of theft, loss, and distortion of information.”
Information will be provided at the request of election commissions in order to check the data on candidates, as well as on the basis of citizens' appeals, if they themselves want to find out whether they are included in this register. Another registry will operate in a similar way. This is a list of people affiliated with foreign agents.
The day before, the Federal Security Service published a list of information in the field of military and military-technical activities that can be used against Russia when received by foreign sources. These data are not classified as state secrets, however, for their collection, an individual can be recognized as a foreign agent. The document will enter into force on December 1 this year. The previous list, approved on September 28, 2021, has been declared invalid.
