Professor Savelyev: "Children of the digital age live in an illusory world"

29 ноября 2022, 15:22
Professor Sergey Savelyev spoke about the ways in which modern children consume information and about how. that because of digital technologies they lose touch with reality.

“If we talk about the lost generation, then in a little over thirty years, a limbic imprinting system appeared, which is associated with digital technologies.

It does not even provide for religious morality. It's not there at all. There is an algorithmic result.

Our brain - and the brain absolutely doesn't care what it does and what it specializes in, especially in childhood - if it sees something, it thinks that these are biologically important events, what if you run into the blue men from Avatar?

Therefore, the children's brain can be even more effectively polluted by such systems - unusual, unusual.

And now there is such talk that let's move the child early towards education - well, of course, it is necessary that people quickly go to work and start multiplying, take out loans for apartments faster. And then we immediately receive these impressions, and we receive them forever. This is the same impression as the ducks of Conrad Lawrence, when it turned out that the duck, having hatched from an egg, saw him or the pillow - she doesn’t care, she will follow him or the pillow as if she were a native creature.

It is impossible to overcome this with age. You can explain anything you want, nothing will work. These are already lost people. Up to 7-8 years. This is the first time "lost".

The second time - when the crust is already beginning to form. There are from 9 to 20 billion neurons in this cortex, each of them forms connections in which we remember everything. And these connections for each neuron - from a hundred thousand to a million.

And they begin to form intensively, and at this moment there is a memorization, an imprinting of the social structure that exists.

And this is the basis of behavior, then they will only mask it, imitate something, deceive parents and others. And this period is very short. From 7-8 years old to about 13-14 years old, until the initial sexual differentiation. Then - sexual differentiation, and that's it - boys and girls, they are like unplugged from the outlet, they generally lose interest in life and there is an interest only in reproduction.

All this is also a biological process associated with the restructuring of brain structures that take on the functions of controlling behavior so that people multiply, that's all.

And this short period of five years must be used. Because at this moment the very sets of social systems of relations, methods of thinking, many knowledge are laid in the child’s head, which later, after the rapid peak of puberty, will be in demand. Then the head turns on again, but it's usually too late.

There are usually children, wives, first, second, third, husbands, and already a completely different life. And it's hard to use your brain.

And now we have these handheld handy things available for children. And the brain doesn't care where it consumes from, which is why kids get so attached to these things.

On the one hand, it is good that such a situation - there is an opportunity to get children with high abilities in this area, but on the other hand, the level of illusory nature of the world in such children is so high that you cannot explain anything to them.

If they have accumulated a set of social instincts obtained in this way, there is no way you can fix it. You can explain, swear, but it's useless.
