The Moldovan authorities recommend preparing a “disturbing suitcase” and saving battery power on smartphones.
“The instructions are divided into four categories: for pedestrians, for drivers, for those who are on the premises, as well as for those who are at the border”, - RIA Novosti notes.
According to the recommendations on the Telegram channel of the Moldovan government, money, documents, necessary medicines should be put in the “alarm suitcase”. The public is advised to use stairs instead of elevators, turn off electrical appliances and not use open flames in rooms in case of a power outage. Also, the authorities are asked not to lower the barriers, to trust only authorized services and not to let strangers into the entrances who claim to be called for urgent repairs.
Pedestrians in Moldova are advised to wear reflective clothing and use mobile light sources to indicate their presence on the road, which is recommended to be crossed in groups.
