An accident at heating networks in Vladivostok left about 160 houses without heating. The city authorities promised to solve the problem within an hour. Also, due to damage to the power line, the Pervomaisky district of the Far Eastern capital remained without electricity.
As Vostok-Media writes, workers damaged the cable insert of the 110 kV line during drilling. Power engineers of Primorsky Electric Networks transfer loads to backup power sources.
According to weather forecasters, the air temperature in Vladivostok on December 8 is at the level of 0 - +1 degrees.
On December 5, over 16 thousand residents of the Zolsky district of Kabardino-Balkaria were left without electricity. Due to the ice sticking to the electrical wires, numerous gusts of power lines occurred.
