Compared to last year, Russians increased spending on antiviral drugs by 7%, while buying 12% more packages of medicines.
At the same time, spending by Russians on medical masks increased slightly - by only 7%, the study notes. For these purposes, the Russians spent 3.6 million rubles. Medical masks were bought 50 thousand times. It is noted that the spending of Russians on medical masks has decreased four times compared to December last year.
A seasonal surge in flu cases has led to an increase in spending on antiviral drugs and masks.
