The most popular such housing is considered in the Arbat area, Leningradsky Prospekt, Kropotkinskaya, Lubyanka and Kitay-gorod metro stations. In the second half of this year, the owners began to actively offer rental discounts. Currently, their range is 16%-31% of the value compared to 9%-19% in 2021. Landlords make concessions in more than 51% of transactions.
Previously, experts have compiled a rating of Moscow streets with the most expensive housing. The leader of the rating was Prechistenskaya Embankment (Ostozhenka-Prechistenka cluster), where the weighted average price reached 3.51 million rubles/sq. m. In second place is the Ordynsky dead end, in the third place is Bolshoi Tolmachevsky lane.
