In the evening, nine-point traffic jams are expected in the capital, so citizens are advised to use public transport, and not a private car, the Moscow Department of Transport reported.
Difficult traffic will be in the city center, on the Garden Ring, Third Ring Road and Moscow Ring Road.
On the morning of December 14, nine-point traffic jams were also observed in Moscow due to worsening weather. The most difficult situation was in the direction to the center on the Kashirskoye, Leningradskoye, Yaroslavskoye highways, the TTK and the Entuziastov highway.
