The head of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on the ongoing shelling of Shebekino. At the moment, it is known about one victim and a power outage, because of which a third of the city's residents were left without electricity. According to local sources, there are problems with water supply.

“At the moment, the shelling of the Shebekinsky urban district is underway. According to preliminary data, there is one victim - a man with fractures of the bones of the forearm. He was taken to the regional hospital in a state of moderate severity. As a result of the shelling, the power supply was disrupted. One-third of the city's residents remain without electricity, ” Gladkov said on his Telegram channel .

The governor also spoke about the hit of shells in storage facilities located in the industrial zone of the settlement. He added that operational and emergency teams had left for the scene and would soon begin to eliminate the consequences of the shelling. The head of the Belgorod region promised to restore power supply in the near future.

According to the local publication Bel.Ru , since 11:50 there has been no water supply in the city, which was reported in the Beloblvodokanal. After the shelling began, local residents received relevant SMS messages.
