58% of Russian companies are going to hire new employees next year, and 23% have abandoned such plans, follows from a survey of the Atsearch Group recruiting service and the SberHealth online service.

In April of this year, recruiting was planned by 81% of organizations. As Forbes clarifies , hiring new employees will be carried out by IT companies ( 58%) , organizations working in sales ( 41% ) and production ( 31% ). Top managers are looking for 28% of companies. Analysts noted that companies need "effective managers who are able to maintain not only business performance, but also their employees."

Currently, the situation on the labor market is shortening the planning horizon and seriously holding back the growth of hiring, according to Atsearch Group. Therefore, the business is aimed at retaining and developing existing employees. For this, non-material motivation tools are used.

42% of companies in 2023 plan to focus on employee retention projects. 53% of companies are not going to reduce the cost of such projects. 65% will not reduce the budget for VHI.

On the eve it became known that the Russian plant of the Hyundai automaker in St. Petersburg began to "optimize the state." The company promised to fulfill all obligations to laid -off employees, for example, to pay them severance pay.
