It will be valid for one year from the date of issue. The legality of the refusal can be challenged in court. It is noted that the military, law enforcement officers and representatives of indigenous peoples will be released from the check.
In addition, the law establishes the priority right of mobilized residents of the country and volunteers to deposit their civilian weapons with the state. The mobilized residents of the country will be released from liability if their weapons permit expires.
