In Kuban, a blogger was sentenced to two years in a penal colony for insulting the feelings of Muslims

As the court found, in July of this year, the accused during the stream in an obscene form touched the feelings of Muslims. The conclusion of the religious-psychological-linguistic expertise confirmed that there was "blasphemy, blasphemy and sacrilege" in the blogger's statements.

The blogger was detained by employees of the regional FSB department. During the arrest, marijuana was also found in the blogger's possession. Another case was opened against the blogger for drug possession.

During the consideration of the criminal case in court, the accused fully admitted his guilt. The judge sentenced him to a year in prison. Taking into account the fact that in June last year the blogger was sentenced to 1.5 years of probation for theft, according to the totality of sentences, the judge sent the blogger to the colony for two years.

Now the blogger can appeal the verdict.
