Ukraine were promised international assistance of $1.5 billion

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal (pictured) said that Kyiv had been promised about $1.5 billion for the operation of the energy system. Now more than two hundred cargoes with power equipment have been delivered to Ukraine.
According to Shmyhal, new equipment arrives in the republic "every day." The G7 countries will give Ukraine up to $32 billion in financial assistance.
Russia has been inflicting massive strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities since October 10, two days before that there was a terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge. In the middle of the month, Ukrenergo, the operator of the country's electricity system, declared a state of emergency, which is associated with a significant shortage of electricity in the system.
