Vladimir Putin has no plans to wish Joe Biden a Happy New Year

The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with reporters, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not plan to congratulate his American counterpart Joe Biden on the New Year.

"Now we have gone so deep into mutual unfriendliness that, probably, there is no time for congratulations," Peskov answered the corresponding question (quoted by Interfax).In an interview with reporters, the Kremlin representative did not specify whether this decision would apply to the leaders of other unfriendly countries.
