A military man in Kamchatka was imprisoned for refusing to go to Ukraine

The 35th military garrison court of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky sentenced military Alexei Breusov to one year and eight months in prison for refusing to participate in a special operation in Ukraine.

A criminal case was opened against the serviceman under Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - refusal to participate in hostilities. As the investigation found, the serviceman refused to comply with the commander's order to go to the special operation zone, the newspaper reports "Kam 24"

Now the serviceman is appealing this decision in a higher court.

On the eve of the Chelyabinsk garrison military court sentenced the contractor to five years and one month in prison. The serviceman voluntarily left the military unit, and also evaded partial mobilization.
