The agency introduced the relevant regulations today, January 4, RIA Novosti writes. The list includes 52 items, including substances related to nuclear energy, chemicals, and engineering products. Taiwan joined Western sanctions in February last year.
Last summer, the Taiwanese authorities banned the export to Russia and Belarus of high-performance microprocessor products, as well as lithographic equipment for the production of corresponding chips.
Russia has added Taiwan to the list of unfriendly countries.
