A record batch of shovels for manual snow removal has been purchased in Moscow

This was announced by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. According to him, for 10 months of 2022, the capital's manufacturers of plastic products increased production by 37.8 percent compared to the figures of 2021. Such a significant growth is due "including due to high demand from consumers."

"For example, in December 2022, one of the Moscow companies shipped to customers about 200 thousand units of shovels for snow removal — this is a third more than for the entire winter season of the previous year," the official explained. He promised that in the near future, the company that produces polycarbonate shovels intends to launch "the production of snow scrapers."

Earlier, officials in the Kostroma region reported on the successful work on the arrangement of raftwashers for hand washing clothes in the river.

The residents took the boast of the authorities ambiguously, stressing that instead of forcing Kostroma housewives in the 21st century in 30-degree frosts to go to the river to rinse the laundry by hand, it would not be superfluous to carry water and sewerage to the settlements.
