Since the beginning of the "silence regime" declared by Moscow, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have fired on Donetsk three times

On Friday morning, immediately after the start of the "silence regime" announced by Moscow, the Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted intensive shelling of Donetsk. The targeted fire was conducted from 155-mm artillery pieces of the NATO model.
The DPR authorities told a TASS correspondent that the Ukrainian army fired 13 shells at Donetsk in total. Petrovsky district of the city was under fire. As a result, over 20 transformer substations were de-energized there, 2,102 subscribers were left without electricity.
