Abnormally cold air temperature in the Moscow region is celebrated for the second day in a row, according to Weather news. The day before, the air temperature in the capital dropped to minus 23 degrees exactly.
Frosts up to 35 degrees in the coming days are expected in the Moscow, Yaroslavl, Vladimir and Ivanovo regions, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand told TASS. A storm warning has been issued in these regions.
Severe frosts in the capital will remain until Monday. From Tuesday, the air temperature will drop to minus 9-14 degrees. Warming to minus 2-7 degrees is expected by Friday.
