The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to open a criminal case against the actor Artur Smolyaninov who left the country.

This is reported in the telegram channel of the TFR.

"In an interview with one of the Western publications, Smolyaninov made a number of statements directed against Russia", - Interfax quoted the agency as saying.

Previously, an actor who left for The Baltic States after the start of the Russian military operation on In Ukraine, he spoke negatively about his own. On the eve of the New Year, he starred with actress Chulpan Khamatova in the anti-war video of the group "Leg Cramped". Smolyaninov played the father of a young soldier who died in the SVO. The couple are rushing around the apartment, trying to drown out their grief, but they will not succeed. At the end of the clip, they sit down at a festive New Year's table set for three people. Earlier it became known that Smolyaninov replaced the actor Mikhail Efremov, who was sent to the colony for a fatal accident, in the project "Citizen Poet". Save Moscow", in the TV series "Monastery" and "White Guard". He was named the "Best Teenage Actor" at the VIII International Film Festival of Children's Films in Artek (for his role in the film "Who, if not us?"). Winner of the Youth Prize "Triumph" (2007).
