The HRC explained the cancellation of the deferral for fathers with three children by the completion of mobilization
"This measure was taken when the mobilization had already begun. It was an emergency solution to the issue so that the fathers of three children would not be called upon to mobilize. Mobilization is complete. I hope this is the reason", - Irina Kirkora said in an interview with the Moscow Speaks agency.
She noted that there is no dialogue on this issue with the Defense Ministry yet. The HRC is counting on him.
Earlier, the military commissar of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Yuri Shuvalov, announced the cancellation of the deferral from mobilization for fathers with many children with three children. The decision was made by the Chief of the General Staff at the end of December. At the same time, the military enlistment offices received notifications about this. The postponement for fathers with four children is still in force.
The Defense Ministry said that the issue of granting a deferral for fathers with many children with three children is being worked out. As soon as there is a decision on this issue, it will be announced by the official representative of the defense department.
The situation was also commented on by the press secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. He noted that the Kremlin does not know anything about this issue.
Recall that after the announcement of partial mobilization, initially the deferral was granted only to fathers with four or more children. However, since families with three children are considered to have many children in the country, the postponement was proposed to extend to these families as well. The decision on this issue was made in October.
