This was announced by the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov. The injury of a local resident was considered not serious, now the victim is receiving the necessary assistance. Authorities continue to inspect the area for damage.

As a result of the morning shelling of the border town of Shebekino, power lines were damaged on January 17. No casualties were identified among the people.
