From March 1, excise taxes on cigarettes and cigarettes will amount to 2,603 rubles per thousand units. They will amount to about 16% of the estimated cost of the goods. Excise taxes on vaping liquids will be raised to 20 rubles per milliliter. From January 1, 2024 - up to 21 rubles, and from January 1, 2025 - up to 22 rubles.
