"38 MKDS and 3,200 private houses, 32 schools, 4 hospitals, 26 kindergartens were left without electricity in Ussuriysk and the nearest villages", - the city administration clarifies.

In total, more than 110 thousand citizens were left without electricity. According to preliminary data, a turbine at the Partizanskaya GRES failed.
