All planned power outages in Primorye have been stopped - due to abnormal frosts that have come to the region. The only exception will be emergency recovery work.
"The regime has been introduced in connection with the invasion of the cold Arctic air mass in the greater territory of the Primorsky Territory", - the regional Ministry of Energy said in a statement.
Before that, it was announced that many hours of planned blackouts would take place in Vladivostok at dozens of addresses.
Primhydromet indicates that the weather in the region has been below the climatic norm by 7-11 degrees over the past day.
So, in Spassky, minus 40 degrees was recorded. According to Vostok-Media, more than fifty heating points have been prepared in Vladivostok itself. Here, on the morning of January 24, the thermometer dropped to minus 27.4 degrees. On the eve it became known that in the Far Eastern capital in the villages of Vesna and Radovo, a number of houses were left without light and heating in the cold.
Residents have not received notifications, although according to the DRSK data, the outages are related to planned work scheduled earlier for January 25. On the same day, more than 110 thousand people in Ussuriysk were left without electricity in a 25-degree frost.
