The new US Ambassador Lynn Tracy has arrived in Moscow

She became the first woman to serve as the United States Ambassador to Russia.
The American Embassy announced that a new ambassador, Lynn Tracy, has arrived in the Russian capital.
"Welcome back to Russia, Ambassador Tracy!", - the message of the diplomatic mission says. The post also posted a photo of Tracy at the Russian airport.
Lynn Tracy worked in Moscow in 2014-2017 as deputy head of the diplomatic mission. The official representative of the US State Department, Ned Price, said at the beginning of the month that Tracy would work on the possibility of issuing visas to Russian citizens. Documents have not been issued to Russians since 2021.
