The letter, in particular, contains Tyutchev's reflections on the reasons for Russia's success in its conquests.

A copy of the video appeared in the telegram channel of the ex-President of the Russian Federation.

The letter contains words about the reasons for "the rapid successes and extraordinary expansion of Russia that have amazed the world".

"You begin to comprehend that the so-called conquests and violence were the most natural and legitimate thing that has ever been done in history, just an immense reunion took place," Medvedev voices the lines of a letter from the middle of the 19th century.

The message also speaks of the death of "unnatural aspirations" that are alien to the Russian "great beginning". The "inevitable" death of Poland is given as an example.

"We are talking, of course, not about the original Polish nationality, God forbid, but about the false civilization and false nationality imposed on it. From this point of view, the true meaning of the so—called Eastern question can be best assessed, which they are trying to pass off as unsolvable precisely because everyone has long foreseen its inevitable resolution," Medvedev quotes lines from Tyutchev's letter.

The performers are not professional actors, but high-ranking officials, directors and participants of the military special operation of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.
