RANEPA issued a "code of conduct" for officials

In the new "code of conduct", representatives of state structures are recommended to get rid of the clerk when communicating with citizens, not to disdain thanking fellow citizens, as well as to apologize for mistakes made and not to neglect responses to comments in social networks.

In the recommendations, hepatitis is called a "treatable virus". However, officials are advised to carry out "recovery" "consciously".

The purpose of translating speeches from official language into "human" is "to convey the idea clearly to the audience without experience of contact with the style of official documents", - RIA Novosti notes.

The authors of the collection warn that excessive paperwork "increases the already considerable distance between an ordinary citizen and the authorities".

In the collection, officials are also advised not to send unsubscriptions to citizens, but to try to show empathy, evoke pleasant emotions in the addressee, "convince him of the good attitude of state agencies towards him".

When communicating in social networks, officials are advised to communicate with citizens in a live language without "dry" responses to comments. Prolonged silence is reprehensible.

"There is only one recommendation here — to respond to people, even if you don't have the information ready or desired by the subscriber "here and now"; to respond to lonely unanswered comments, even if time has passed when it seems that there is no sense anymore", - the publication notes.

Earlier, similar recommendations were received by United Russia deputies, who on the eve of the New Year holidays were advised not to show luxury goods and not to flaunt foreign voyages to resorts, so as not to irritate the bulk of voters.
