This was stated by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk.

Kiev denounced the intergovernmental agreement with the Russian Federation on air communication and cooperation in the field of air transport (dated January 12, 1994), as well as the agreement on the principles of cooperation in the field of production and supply of aviation equipment (dated February 8, 1993).

By the way, on February 23, 2021, Kiev withdrew from the CIS agreements on aviation and airspace. The decree signed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky referred to Ukraine's withdrawal from the agreement on civil aviation and the use of airspace signed in Minsk on December 25, 1991, as well as withdrawal from the agreement on the use of airspace signed on May 15, 1992 in Tashkent.
