The EU intends to expand the training program of Ukrainian soldiers by 2 times

On February 3, the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, will announce the expansion of the training program for the Ukrainian military from 15 thousand to 30 thousand people. This was stated to journalists by a high-ranking representative of the European Union (EU) in Brussels.
"The head of EU diplomacy will announce a new goal of our training mission for Ukraine. As you know, the original goal was to train 15,000 soldiers. There will be a new goal - another 15 thousand. Thus, 30 thousand soldiers in general", - the EU representative said (quoted by TASS).
According to him, the head of European diplomacy will make an announcement during the EU summit on February 3. It is possible that the summit meeting may take place in Kiev.
