In November last year, the head of the Department of Preschool Education of the City Hall of Grozny, Khadizhat Kadyrova, the second daughter of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, was awarded the Order of Akhmat Kadyrov — the highest award of the republic. At the time of the award, she was 22 years old. In December 2021, she was already awarded the medal "For Services to the Chechen Republic".
