The detainee - Evgeny Oks - is suspected under part 6 of art .290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The arrest of Oks on suspicion of taking a bribe is reported by RIA Novosti, citing its source.
The detainee was appointed head of the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Kemerovo Region on March 22, 2012. Since 2005, he has been deputy head.
The day before it was reported that the head of correctional colony No. 1 was detained in the Trans-Baikal Territory. The investigators found out that he had received 300 thousand rubles about the prisoners as a bribe for patronage.
