Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the border area of the Bryansk region

The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that the Ukrainian military had fired on the Starodubsky municipal district. As a result of the attack, there are no casualties and destruction.

"The attack was repelled by the air defense system of the Russian Armed Forces. Four missiles were shot down... Operational services are working on the spot", - the head of the region indicated in his tg channel.

On January 21, Bogomaz reported that the region was shelled twice during the day. Then 17 households in Lomakov were damaged, power supply in two settlements was disrupted.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces regularly strikes at the border territories of Russia. In this regard, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed not to allow shelling of border regions. Meanwhile, Kiev is demanding that the West supply it with long-range missiles. The head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Andrey Reznikov, assured that the AFU would not strike with these weapons on Russian territories.
