The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not received data on Russians affected by the earthquake in Turkey

Now diplomats are calling Russians in the affected areas to find out the situation, Kommersant notes.

ATOR clarified that the emergency occurred far from popular places of organized recreation of citizens of the Russian Federation.

Earlier it became known that on the night of February 5-6, powerful earthquakes occurred in Turkey and Syria. Experts reported that their magnitude reached 7.8 points. The elements destroyed dozens of houses. 170 people became victims of the collapses, hundreds were injured.
