The first case of the death of a Russian citizen in an earthquake that occurred in Turkey on February 6 was reported by Izvestia. Currently, tremors are continuing.

Recall that on the morning of February 6, an earthquake of magnitude 7.7 occurred in Turkey - in the south-east of the country. Tremors were also recorded in Syria. In both countries, more than four thousand people were killed, hundreds of buildings were destroyed, and more than ten thousand were injured. The earthquake was also noted today, on February 7.
