According to the results of the study, the rent of three-bedroom apartments has risen the most in Russia. The average cost of removing "treshek" per month increased to 40 thousand rubles, which is 33.3% more than in January 2022. Rent of a two—room apartment has risen to 29 thousand rubles per month (+31.8%), one-room apartment - up to 20 thousand rubles (+17.6%). At the same time, rental rates for studios and apartments with four or more rooms remained at the level of last year.
As for the situation in the regions, the greatest rise in prices is observed in Rostov-on-Don (+23.5%), Voronezh (+21.4%), Omsk (+20%). At the same time, rental of residential real estate fell in price in Moscow (-21.4%) and St. Petersburg (-10%). Avito Real Estate noted that long—term rent of "one—bedroom apartments" in the capital fell by 7.2%, two-bedroom apartments - by 15.4%, three-bedroom apartments - by 36.9%.
As noted by Kommersant, referring to the research "CYANOGEN.Analysts", in January, the average rental price in the 18 largest regional markets was 21.4 thousand rubles per month (-0.1%) — for one—room apartments, 31 thousand rubles (-0.8%) - for two-room apartments.
