According to Kommersant, referring to Dataflat.ru, 2.06 trillion rubles were bailed out by developers of four major housing markets in the country: Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. This is 17% less than in 2021, but 10.7% more than in 2020.

In the capital, the volume of revenue was the highest - 1.26 trillion rubles, which is 13.7% less year-on-year, but 21% higher than in 2020. In the region — 395.3 billion rubles, which is 10.6% less year-on-year, but 21.5% higher than in 2020.

In the Leningrad region, developers have earned 115 billion, which is 42 and 18% more than in 2020-2021. In the region, almost the entire volume of housing is sold on a preferential mortgage. About 52-53% of total revenue in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region falls on the top 5 developers. In the Moscow region — 75%.
