In the Kharkov region, power outages began after the strikes

According to Sinegubov, ten explosions were recorded in the region - the Russian Armed Forces struck critical infrastructure.

"There are power outages in some areas. Emergency services are already working at the explosion sites. Information about the victims and the scale of the destruction is being clarified", - the official wrote in the tg channel.

The day before, an air alert was announced several times in a number of Ukrainian regions. At the same time it became known that the sounds of explosions were heard in Kharkov.
