In total, 70 tons of food were sent on two planes for the residents of Syria affected by the earthquake. There are food products (sugar, flour, vegetable oil) and basic necessities (dishes, tents, mattresses, warm blankets and mobile power plants) on board, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported.
The department noted that three cynological calculations were involved in the search for victims in this country. Specialists continue to analyze the rubble and search for victims around the clock. Over the past day, rescuers have examined more than 500 square meters of terrain.
