A fire broke out in the unfinished tower "Moscow City"

On the evening of February 12, a fire started in the unfinished Moscow Tower in the Moscow City complex on Presnenskaya Embankment. Rescuers who arrived at the scene found out that the fire was on the fourth floor, where building materials were burning on an area of about 300 square meters.

According to Deptrans, traffic along the 1st Krasnogvardeysky Passage was blocked for the time of extinguishing the fire, drivers were advised to choose other detours.

Firefighters eliminated the fire. There was no information about the victims.

It's worth reminding that on February 5, an electrician died after falling from one of the towers of Moscow City. At the end of 2022, electricity went out in several towers of this complex, at least four people were stuck in elevators, one of them was injured when the cab was suddenly braking.
