The town of Drobeta-Turnu-Severin with a population of about 90 thousand people is located 70 km from the epicenter.
There is no data on casualties and destruction. Social networks report that local residents, having felt the tremors, tried to leave their homes as soon as possible.
The earthquake was also felt in the region of Craiova.
