The euro rose above 79 rubles on the Moscow Exchange for the first time since April 2022

On February 13, the ruble exchange rate on the Moscow Stock Exchange intensified the fall against the euro, which rose above 79 rubles. This exchange rate of the European currency was marked for the first time since April last year. Then, during the day, the euro fell slightly.

So, with calculations "for tomorrow", the euro is growing by 54 kopecks and amounted to 78.98 rubles after rising above 79. The US dollar is growing by 42 kopecks, to 73.81 rubles, the Chinese yuan - by 5 kopecks, to 10.8 rubles.

Last week, the euro was trading above 78 rubles, the dollar was worth just over 73 rubles. Analysts predict that by the end of the year the US dollar exchange rate will be equal to 77-80 rubles.
