In Kamchatka, seismologists recorded an earthquake of magnitude 5.8. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, local residents did not feel the tremors, which were registered at 11:34 local time (2:34 Moscow time). The earthquake was located 142 km from Kst-Kamchatsk.
Recall that on February 5, an earthquake occurred 51 km from the same settlement. Its magnitude was determined by the Kamchatka branch of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences at the level of 5.
On the eve of the tremors were felt by residents of Uzbekistan. The magnitude was 3.6.
Meanwhile, the number of victims of the devastating earthquakes that began on February 6 in Turkey and Syria exceeded 35,418 and 1,414 people, respectively.
