The service began financial difficulties because of the transport shareholder.

According to Kommersant, citizens living in most cities of Russia can no longer submit applications for sending parcels by a large company PickPoint. In social networks, customers of the service are growing dissatisfaction - they complain, in particular, about extended delivery times, broken pedestals. Representatives of the company assure that the network is currently restored.

The source of the publication indicated that the organization had notified a number of marketplaces about the suspension of cooperation. According to Avito, delivery to PickPoint terminals is currently unavailable. Ozon added that orders via PickPoint can be received at the points of the marketplace where such an option is enabled. The service responded to a request from journalists that the work of the pickup network has been restored in all regions. At the same time, it was not possible to place an order in Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Novosibirsk and Kirov. It is noted that the difficulties did not affect Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Moscow and Leningrad regions and several other major cities of the country.

According to the head of the firm, Nadezhda Romanova, difficulties in the regions are associated with difficulties in financing by Western shareholders. The company is owned by Cyprus PickPoint Delivery System Ltd. PickPoint's pick-up network has 6 thousand postamats and 4.5 thousand order pick-up points in 657 localities in Russia. Since the beginning of this year, lawsuits have been filed against the network for more than 400 million rubles. The total amount of claims for all claims considered against the company reaches 711 million rubles.
