Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov (pictured) said that Chisinau is slipping into anti-Russian hysteria and recommended Moldovan counterparts to "be more careful".

This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the statement of the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

Thus, Dmitry Peskov reacted to the statements of Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Rechan, who warned that Chisinau would seek the "demilitarization of Transnistria".

Earlier it became known that the new Prime Minister of Moldova, Rechan, announced his intention to seek withdrawal from Transnistria of the Russian troops, with the subsequent integration of this region into the country's economy.

After that, the Ministry of Defense of Moldova announced that from February 21 to 23 it will conduct tactical exercises at the northern training ground of the country, during which the military will practice shooting skills at night and during the day.
