Muscovites were warned about icy conditions on February 21

The Hydrometeorological Center announced a yellow level of weather danger in the Russian capital, as well as in the Moscow Region and some regions of the Central Federal District. In Moscow, the warning is valid until 21 hours on February 21.

Forecasters indicated that wind gusts of up to 17 meters per second are expected in the Belgorod region.

A yellow weather hazard level has been introduced in almost the entire western part of the country. Orange - in Crimea, Kuban, Chechnya, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia, Ingushetia and Stavropol. In the subjects of the Russian Federation, icy conditions, wind, avalanche-prone situation in mountainous areas, as well as heavy precipitation are promised.
