Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to launch a program of preferential rental housing intended for employees of the military-industrial complex (MIC) in the country.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, during the announcement of the annual address to the Federal Assembly, instructed to launch a program of preferential rental housing for defense industry employees at a rate below the market.
The Head of state instructed to start the construction of such social housing immediately.
Russian President Vladimir Putin delivers his 18th address to the Federal Assembly at Gostiny Dvor in Moscow. The event is scheduled until 13 o'clock.
